What is a token?

A Moviqu token is what you spend to create one branded video. Buy tokens in packs and use them whenever you're ready.

Is there a subscription?

No. Moviqu has no subscription or monthly fee — you only pay for the tokens you buy.

Can I buy more later?

Yes. You can top up your token balance any time from the Buy Tokens page — there's no limit on how many times you can top up.

When is a token charged?

A token is spent when you submit a video for creation.

What happens if a render fails?

If a video fails to render due to a fault on our side, it may be eligible for a token restoration or refund. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.

Do you offer done-for-you campaigns?

Yes. Moviqu plans and creates a coordinated set of branded social videos for you: a 3-video campaign for R1,800 or a 6-video campaign for R3,000. These are one-off production packages agreed from your brief. They are not subscriptions and are separate from token purchases. Video duration, delivery schedule, revisions, audio requirements and any additional deliverables are confirmed in the brief before production.
